can you sew a plum company for swallowing a seed and it getting stuck in your small intestine?
and then you had surgery and it cost alot of money and pain.

We’ll see i didnt know you were not supposed to eat it. i didnt know how to eat it so swallowing it whole seemed fine to me. it wasnt too big.
they should have warned me about it..
and the gun thing isnt the same. they tell you the dangers of guns and shit. you never are warned about plums.. nope.

You can’t. All plums have seeds, and you’re not supposed to eat them. It’s not like their plums are the only plums that have seeds or that you’re supposed to swallow them.
If I shoot myself in the foot, can I sue the gun company because it hurt and it was expensive to fix? Well, here’s the same answer.
