Am i admitting liability ?
I have a hi-viz jacket that I wear when I’m riding horses on the road ,it says ‘caution young horse please pass wide and slow’ I always wear it even when I’m not on a young horse just to try to slow people down ( a lot of people don’t understand that horses are unpredictable with minds of their own) . A friend recently said not to wear it because I’m admitting liability if anything happened . Is she right ?
